IN therapy we will:
*Develop an individualized treatment plan
*Consider the 5 core symptoms of codependency and how they relate to your life
*Discuss the origins of these symptoms and how to get relief
*Explore the 5 steps of codependency recovery
*Finally, we will end the cycle of codependency
Training
All of our therapists have training in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. All therapists have additional training in codependency recovery treatment.
