At our Grass Valley, CA retreat space, you will join Dr. Rachel Rosenfeld in an intensive-yet-gentle, trauma-informed program designed to help heal from your family of origin so that you can have the adult life you want!
Adults who grew up with alcoholic, immature, dysfunctional, or narcissistic parents or who suffered emotional, physical or sexual abuse age 0-18 are welcome.

Dr. Rosenfeld is the director of The Codependency Clinic and the founder of Alameda Counseling Services, a non-profit providing psychological services in Alameda, CA. She received her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at John F. Kennedy University in 2011; her dissertation topic explored increasing hope in adolescents using community service. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Family Institute of Pinole where she worked with families, adults and adolescents who were impacted by trauma using EMDR. Rachel then completed her post-doctoral internship in the Addiction Medicine Department at Kaiser Permanente where she stayed for the next seven years to focus on treatment for adults and adolescents struggling with addiction. Rachel was trained in the intensive codependency recovery treatment that changed her life forever. Now, Rachel offers this 7-day life changing workshop several times per year in California.
