LICENSED THERAPIST
Job Title: Licensed Therapist

The Codependency Clinic is specifically designed for codependency recovery, we treat people facing codependency, adults raised in dysfunctional families, adult children of narcissists, and adult children of alcoholics. The Codependency Clinic also has a branch of its practice that focuses specifically on couples therapy, through The Couples Enrichment Center. The Couples Enrichment Center is intended for clients who grew up in dysfunctional families and want to create healthy functional adult relationships. All couples are welcome! Our goal is for all people to have more authentic, fulfilling, and healthy relationships with themselves, and with others.
An ideal candidate would be resolved to evidence-based practice and offering the highest quality of care.
Requirements:
- Licensed in CA
- Licensed in state you live in (if not CA)
- Ph.D./PsyD in Psychology from an accredited college or university
Preferred Education/Nice to Have’s:
- Post-graduate training in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.
Responsibilities:
- Hold a caseload of 30 clients/client hours per week
- Provide Psychotherapy and engage in group and individual consultation sessions with individuals, couples, or both
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure the highest standards of care
- Foster accuracy in diagnostics and effective treatment planning
- Establish and maintain clear and concise note-writing
- Display competence in couples therapy and individual psychotherapy
- Embrace and participate in ongoing training and consultation to continuously grow as a professional
- Demonstrate professional maturity and ethical integrity in this role and as a representative of the practice, and with team members and leadership
- Contribute to our commitment to quality service, teamwork, and active participation
- Thrive under the ability to achieve objectives within reasonable timeframes

Starting at $140,000+- $150,000+
